ji89 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
ji89 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method.
All funds deposited into your ji89 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ji89 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any attempt to deposit funds from an account not belonging to you may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ji89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 30 minutes, subject to banking hours and system availability.
ji89 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ji89 accepts no responsibility.
ji89 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. ji89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

ji89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
You may close your ji89 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and Rewards points are forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
